2 Ways to Overcome Tossing & Turning in Bed
1. If you have been in bed for some time
now & sleep still does not come, get up, go to another room & do a
relaxing, quiet & soothing activity (for example, listening to
soothing music). Then return to bed & try again.
2. Put the bedside clock out of view, to avoid 'clock watching' at night.
