3 Things to Avoid Before Going to Sleep


1.    Avoid caffeine (so no coffee, cola drinks, chocolate) within 8 hours of bedtime. Although people think caffeine will not affect their sleep if they are already on regular caffeine, it does.

2.   Avoid alcohol within 6 hours before bed time. It can reduce the quality of sleep.

3.   Avoid smoking at least 2 hours before bed time. Nicotine is stimulating.
