Help! I Can't Sleep...
A US research study has shown that people who report sleeping about 7 hours a night have the lowest rate of mortality, compared with people who sleep less or more than 7 hours.
Insomnia is a symptom of sleep disorders in which the patient has persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. There are many causes for this.
In a 2002 poll by the National Sleep Foundation, it is found that 48% adults in the US can't sleep at least a few nights a week. So, if you can't sleep, you are definitely not alone.
You may say, "I've tried every single trick in the book to sleep but I still can't sleep. Please tell me what I can do about this". In a situation like this, you may wish to consider a natural remedy which will give you some much-needed REM (Rapid Eye Movement) or deep sleep.
